Supporting each step towards your mental & emotional wellbeing.
I'm so pleased that you have found our site, my name is Sehar and as the Founder and Director of Avenues, let me offer you a warm welcome.
Avenues was born out of a desire to provide high quality therapy, in an easily accessible location with fully qualified therapists. It was important to me to create a therapeutic space that welcomes diversity and inclusivity from all members of our community, particularly for people who may feel marginalised.
With the variety of experience and specialist interests on offer, there will be a therapist to suit your individual needs. Please take a look at the therapists profile pages to see who you might like to work with.
I'm always available if you have any questions or need any further information.
We can all have times in our lives that are difficult to navigate. It can be hard to know where or who to turn to. Our therapists will be alongside you to work through the challenges you are facing.
It can be daunting to take the first step to get support. You may not know exactly what you need or how to find the right therapist for your needs. Please take a look around our site which will hopefully answer any questions you may have about counselling and about our therapists.
Have a look at the therapist's profiles to see who you may like to work with. Contact us and we will put you in contact with your chosen therapist. If you are unsure who might be a good fit, get in touch and we can arrange a call to discuss your needs and refer you to the appropriate therapist. All our therapists work independently so charge their own fees which are displayed in their profile page.
