 You can click on the Book Now button or email us with your contact details and give us some indication of your availability for appointments. If you have chosen a therapist you would like to work with please let us know when you make contact.

Each of the therapists work independently and set their own fees.   Fees can be found on the therapist's individual profile page.

This will be dependent on why you're coming to therapy and your individual needs. At your initial assessment a therapy agreement or contract will be discussed and an initial number of sessions can be agreed.   

Sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly.  Initially weekly sessions can help to keep consistency and in building a relationship with your therapist.  

There is a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice the session fee still stands.  We are aware that there are sometimes exceptional circumstances which will cause you to cancel your appointment.  Please discuss this with your therapist if you feel that a late cancellation was unavoidable.  

Avenues is really easy to get to by public transport.  You can get here via bus routes 89, 96, 422, 486, B11, B12, B14, B15, B16.  We are also only a 10 minute walk from Bexleyheath Train Station.  

There is some free parking available on nearby residential streets.  Please be aware there are some parking restrictions between 10am-12pm in Zone G.  There is also metered parking available on Pickford Road and Sandford Road.
