People come to therapy for many different reasons.
Some have specific moments or life events that they wish to discuss in a safe and open space where they can express their feelings fully with someone who is neutral and non-judgemental.
Some people are seeking support with issues that are impacting upon their daily lives, such as anxiety, PTSD, OCD, stress/feeling overwhelmed or feelings of low mood or depression.
Others may not be sure exactly why they are coming, but they want to speak to someone in order to make sense of their thoughts, offload or clear their mind.
Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I aim to provide a safe, confidential space to explore what you are bringing and where appropriate provide some guidance, tools or strategies that may help.
